What is a reading or healing experience with Allyson like?
Allyson is friendly, positive and warm, and creates a safe and confidential space where you feel relaxed and supported during your reading, healing, or coaching experience. Allyson will work with you to understand your goals or identify any specific areas of concern that you’d like to cover off or achieve in your session and will seek to provide you with support tools, resources, activities and places you can seek out to help support your reading or healing and future progress. From time to time in readings and healings, Allyson may become very teary when channelling Spirit. If this happens, please do not be alarmed or concerned, this is her natural and very natural clairsentient response to the overwhelming beauty of being connected to a pure love source. When this occurs, clients are usually being delivered a very emotional and meaningful personal healing message.
Are there ever any occasions when you can’t read someone?
Allyson says “ Rarely.” “There may be extenuating environmental factors such as excessive noise or distractions that make it difficult to maintain a flow of concentration, and I ask for wide range of spiritual protection and support for the client and myself at the beginning of all spiritual work with clients, so any resistance in the spirit world is immediately apparent.
In my experience, the only time I cannot connect or read someone, is if there is significant resistance from the client to receive particular information or blocks within the client themselves. If a client has with a very closed mind, puts up deliberate barriers, or strongly projects desired outcomes, it can block the clarity of the message. This makes it particularly difficult for the client to “receive” anything. If messages are consistently blocked by the client, or there does not seem to be a connection, I will request that the client relax and allow, and then if we make no progress, I will offer to end the session and immediately offer to refund them.
Remember that being open is what’s important. Even when a reading or healing does not seem to resonate, that at a later time, you can have a moment of clarity, or recall or be told information that was not available to you in the moment, making sense of something that seemed untrue, far fetched or random at the time.”
What are your Booking Terms and Conditions?
You acknowledge that by making a booking to see or have a reading/healing through www.allysonmarriott.com and acknowledging you have read and understood these Booking Terms and Conditions, you are entering an agreement with ‘Allyson Louise Marriott”(ABN: 16 832 519 571) on the following Booking Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy.
Fee and Payment
For each booking to see Allyson you will be required to pay a fee of as per the scheduled price, the “Fee”). To secure your booking with Allyson, you will be required to pay the Fee in full at the time of booking your appointment. If payment of the Fee is not received in full, your booking will not be scheduled and confirmed.
The Fee (or any part of it) is non-refundable (including after your reading takes place) except in accordance with the Cancellation Policy (set out below).
You agree that any payment made via a third party software, website or interface shall be subject to that third party’s terms and conditions, namely by Square; the payments platform used on this website. The legal agreements for Square are listed on the scheduler and payments platform at the time of booking.
Please note that the online booking system is powered by Square which does not accept PayPal. Note that bookings paid by PayPal shall be made in accordance with the Legal Agreements for PayPal Services). To book and secure your appointment by paying by PayPal, contact Allyson in the first instance by emailing allyson@allysonmarriott.com and request a booking paid by PayPal. Allyson will liaise with you to accept payment and confirm your booking manually.
Any other fees for services or sales agreed to outside of the standard services and sales listed on the website, will be agreed to in writing and manually processed through the square payments system or by an alternate payment method as agreed to by both parties.
All fees for services are due at the time of the service booking.
All fees for booking Allyson to attend an event as a Psychic are due at the time of the service with a 50% non-refundable deposit being required when making the booking. As always, please email allyson@allysonmarriott.com for bookings, your requirements and any enquiries about payment terms.
Location and Timing
In order to participate in your psychic reading or remote healing, you agree to participate in your reading appointment at the time, location and/or by the method chosen by you when making your booking. Please be careful and take note of your booking time, location and/or method – incorrect scheduled bookings shall be treated as missed appointments in accordance with the Cancellation Policy (set out below).
If you make a booking to attend a face-to-face reading with Allyson outside of a retail store environment, then, due to privacy reasons, a specific address for the appointment will only be provided to you (via text or email) the day prior to your scheduled appointment, provided payment of the Fee has been received by us. You agree that you shall not disclose such address to any person without our prior written consent.
You must notify Allyson if you are making a booking on behalf of another person. In such event, you agree to provide a copy of photo identification of the person for whom you are making the booking.
Online Video Reading Conditions
If you make a booking to participate in an Online Video Reading (for example, via Facetime, WhatsApp, Messenger Video or Zoom, then the following further terms and conditions shall apply to you:
payment of the full Fee must be received at the time of booking your appointment;
you shall be responsible for ensuring that your time-conversion settings while making a booking, and participating in a reading, are correct;
you must be ready to receive a link/invitation/call via text, message or email and be ready with the set up for the application and Allyson’s name set up in your contacts.
Allyson will provide a QR code or contact details to you prior to your meeting if you are using What’s App or Facebook so you can find her details and set her up in your contacts/Friends.
you must ensure that you are alone in a quiet room where you will not be disturbed for the duration of your reading and where you not be distracted by any person or thing;
all electronic devices, other than the device on which you are participating in the reading, and any recording device (like your mobile phone on airplane mode) must be silenced.
Close all other apps, software and notifications other than the specific communication device on which you are participating in the reading,
You may provide 1 to 5 quality photos of any person(s) you’d like Allyson to try to connect with and/or you’d like to ask questions about (whether passed over or living) – the subject of each photo must have his or her eyes visible and open (NB: Allyson is not able to guarantee that any connection is made with any such persons, but providing photos is likely to have a positive effect in connection with the reading and making a potential connection) – for the avoidance of doubt, you may still book a reading if you do not provide photos that meet this criteria, but it is at your own risk and is likely to negatively affect your reading experience;
if your internet connection does not consistently perform at a download speed of 15 megabits per second (or more) and an upload speed of 2 megabits per second (or more) throughout your reading, then you acknowledge and accept that your reading may be subject to drop outs, static and/or disconnection, resulting in you being more likely to be subject to cancellations or non-complete readings as contemplated in sub-clauses 3.1(k) and 3.1(l) – for the avoidance of doubt, you may still book a reading if your internet speeds do not meet the criteria above, but it shall be at your own risk;
you must be online and ready for your reading at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reading time;
you must have the latest version of any communication software and/or internet browser used to engage in the Online Video Reading, and ensure that such software is fully functional – please note that no time extensions to (or postponements of) scheduled readings will be granted if delays in connection and ‘drop outs’ occur due to poor connectivity; and there are other bookings scheduled back to back to your appointment.
if your online connection (visual and/or audio) with Allyson is poor and/or drops out, then it is agreed that Allyson will attempt to re-establish a connection a maximum of 3 times during your scheduled appointment time, and if the connection continues to drop out or is poor to the extent that it is affecting the reading, then such reading will deem to have been cancelled by you in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (and, so, you will not be entitled to a refund).
Rescheduled Bookings
Allyson will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate any requested changes to appointment times received before 24 hours prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to deem booking changes made within the 24 hours prior to the appointment as a cancellation in accordance with the Cancellation Policy (set out below).
You accept that it may be a requirement to reschedule appointments in the event that Allyson is rendered unavailable due to circumstances beyond Allyson’s control (e.g., sickness, acts of God and other force majeure events) and you agree to discuss in good faith the rescheduling of any appointment as a result of us requiring to amend a booking for any reason.
Termination by Allyson
You agree that Allyson is entitled to cancel or terminate a reading at any time (including at any time during a reading) for any or no reason. If Allyson notifies you of a termination of a reading due to circumstances beyond your control, then you must immediately comply with her directions and the Fee received by Allyson from you (provided you are not in breach of these Booking Terms and Conditions) will be refunded.
Participating in Psychic Readings
You understand that participating in a psychic reading, or healing can be (and often is) an emotional and potentially confronting experience.
You acknowledge that you, are choosing to have a psychic reading or healing (for yourself or for the animal in your care), and that the reading or healing will be given to you in good faith to provide you with insight and guidance of thought – it is subject to your own personal interpretation and is not intended to constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, personal or professional advice.
You acknowledge that insights, guidance and psychic reading and healing experiences may vary from person-to-person, reading-to-reading and healing to healing. So whilst Allyson will ensure she uses her best endeavours to utilise the full potential of her gift and ability when engaging in a psychic reading, you acknowledge that due to the nature of such readings and healings, she cannot (and does not) guarantee the accuracy, completeness or applicability of a reading or healing, and you may not receive answers or fixes to specific questions, areas or concerns in your life in relation to which you wish to obtain guidance and improved outcomes.
You agree to act respectfully and in good faith in connection with each reading and healing, and you agree to participate in each reading/healing with an open mind (understanding that your reading/healing may address topics that are not directly requested by you, or can be interpreted in multiple ways and you agree not to deliberately mislead or lie to Allyson or otherwise disrupt any reading or healing.
You warrant and promise that you are in a stable and healthy frame of mind and/or you are not aware of any reason (health-related or otherwise) why you should not participate in a psychic reading. For your best care, please provide honest responses where mental health diagnoses may be present.
Recording Your Reading
You agree that Allyson or you may make a recording of your reading or healing session but that neither party will make the recording available for any public use unless both parties have obtained each other’s prior consent in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, the recording may be made available to internal staff or contractors bound by confidentiality for administrative or internal development reasons and will otherwise be treated as confidential information in connection with clause 10 below.
No Recording or Filming by You unless with the explicit prior consent of Allyson
You agree you must not (and you must not allow others to) record, film or otherwise capture any reading unless with the explicit prior consent of Allyson. You understand that any recording you make is for your own entertainment’s use only and you cannot and will not use the recording for any broadcasting use, own or other’s use in legal matters, or use it to leverage any weight or influence in any matter outside of the reading. The recording must not be used to attack, besmirch, weaponize or reputationally damage any person including Allyson.
If it comes to the attention of Allyson or her legal representation that a recording has been used in such a manner, legal action will be taken to cease and desist and to destroy the recording.
You acknowledge that the recording and broadcasting of readings is valuable to Allyson as is Allyson’s reputation, and (without limiting any other remedies available to Allyson) you agree that you will pay Allyson $50,000 if you are found to have recorded a reading and/or broadcast (or otherwise published, shared, disseminated or communicated to a third party) a recording of a reading (or allowed any person to do the same) and/or made any comment that is in breach of clause 10 of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
No Responsibility for Your Actions
Allyson takes no responsibility (and shall not be liable) for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of your psychic reading or healing and (to the extent permitted by law) you release Allyson from any and all liability that may arise in connection with your participation in your reading or healing.
You acknowledge that Allyson will not provide recommendations, give you directions or advise you on decisions to be made (or actions to be taken) by you and you agree that any personal insights or opinions communicated to you by Allyson will not be relied on by you.
Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement
You and Allyson agree that the matters discussed in your psychic reading are confidential and will be treated as such by Allyson. You also agree to keep all other confidential matters relating to your booking and reading confidential. It is agreed that any confidential information may only be disclosed if required by law or if required for the purpose of seeking professional legal advice (where such adviser is bound by confidentiality).
You agree that you will not make (or authorise) any comment or representation that may disparage, defame, or negatively affect Allyson or Allyson’ s reputation (including any negative and/or misleading comments regarding the content of any reading or healing).
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you may not make any false or misleading representations, or otherwise make untruthful comments, regarding your reading, healing, or all interactions with Allyson. If you wish to share or disclose your reading experience (or any related matter) with any representative of any media outlet, network, or publisher, you must obtain Allyson’s prior written consent (which may be withheld at her absolute discretion).
Continuing Obligations
You and we acknowledge that the obligations and promises set out in clauses 1.1, 1.2, 6.3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are continuing obligations and survive termination and/or conclusion of the agreement between you and Allyson, and termination or conclusion of such agreement will not affect those provisions set out in these Booking Terms and Conditions which by their nature are intended to survive termination or conclusion.
Interpretation
If any part of these Booking Terms and Conditions are rendered invalid by a competent court of law, then these Booking Terms and Conditions (or the relevant part or provision) shall, to the extent necessary, be read down or deemed to be removed and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. The laws of NSW govern these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Please note you need to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment with Allyson. An alternative date and time will always be offered to you as a first option. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours prior to your appointment (or you miss your appointment, including by way of disconnection of an online reading), then you will not be offered a refund and the full fee paid for your scheduled appointment will be retained. If you did not receive a reading confirmation email upon making a booking, please let Allyson know as soon as possible by emailing allyson@allysonmarriott.com.
Refunds and Returns Policy
At all times, it is Allyson’s goal to provide you with a safe, confidential, compassionate, space and a genuine and truthful intuitive experience in
your reading, healing or other experiences. When you commit to payment for a reading or healing experience, Allyson commits to you. If Allyson is unable to keep the commitment for any unforeseen events, logistical or illness reasons, you will be offered a rescheduled time.
At all times, please keep your booking/receipt as proof of purchase to enable the transaction to be easily traced and refunded.
The following situations will not attract a refund or exchange
If you have pre-paid for your reading, healing or event and did not show up/login, or give the agreed cancellation notice which is:
· within 24 hours of your appointment for a reading or healing, or
· within 48 hours of an event. It is unlikely your booking can be backfilled.
Please make note of your confirmation message and calendar meeting details to be sure of the time.
If you have paid a part payment as deposit towards a workshop or event but did not complete payment on the cut-off date prior to the workshop
or event, your deposit will be forfeited, and not refunded. Please understand that the final dates for payment impact the likelihood an event will go forward, and other parties may require deposits/payment.
Changes to bookings outside 30 days of the original payment:
If you seek to change your original booking date/time after payment and cannot accept any alternative offered times/dates within 30 days of your original payment date, I will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. I will make every attempt to find a suitable arrangement that works for both parties but will only continue to offer dates/times that fall within 30 days of the original payment. You may gift or transfer your booking to someone you know and advise of the changes, but you MAY NOT on sell the appointment, offer it for auction, fundraising or any other financial transaction. In all cases, please make a call and as a conversation is usually the best way to handle these unusual situations.
Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include any consumable products purchased either in person or through the website store including:
· gift certificates
· downloadable software products
· distance healing sessions
· consumables for personal use.
All items on sale are final and non returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges and returns
We only replace items from the shop if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same, non consumable item from the shop, please send an email to allyson@allysonmarriott.com and return your item to PO Box 1109 Bondi Junction NSW 1355 Australia.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, Gift Certificates are offered through the Shop function of the website (coming soon). At present, if you would like to gift someone a gift certificate for a reading, healing or a set amount used towards services of their choice, please email Allyson who will create a gift certificate and send it to you or your recipient in time for your special person. Please email allyson@allysonmarriott.com with the heading Gift Certificate Request.
What are the terms for your Gift Certificates?
Gift Certificates are created for and made out to the intended recipient for a specific service, with a generous expiry time. If you have received a gift certificate, please contact Allyson on Allyson@allysonmarriott.com and Allyson will personally book you in for your service at a time that suits you.
If the recipient of a Gift Certificate cannot or would prefer not to use the certificate in its original form (i.e., they would prefer a healing rather than a reading), before the expiry date, they may choose to use the value of the gift certificate towards an alternative service or towards the purchase of events, or items in the shop. If this is the case, please contact Allyson on allyson@allysonmarriott.com BEFORE the date of the gift card expiry with your contact details to request using the certificate in an alternative way.
Allyson will contact you to decide on the arrangements, as the adjustments will need to be made outside of the online shop. The gift certificate cannot be used as tender, nor refunded against purchases already made directly in the shop.
Gift Certificates cannot be transferred to another person other than to the original purchaser. Gift Certificates cannot be on-sold, auctioned or given away except with express written permission from Allyson.
Expired Gift Certificates
If the gift certificate has already expired, it cannot be used towards other services or shop purchases. No refunds are available for unused or expired gift certificates.
What do I do if my refund is late or missing?
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, please firstly check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How do I return something?
To return any physical products purchased from the shop, please mail your product to: PO Box 1109 Bondi Junction NSW 1355
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Allyson uses Australia Post as the standard shipping provider and ex Australia unless another specific request has been made by and paid for by the buyer.
If you are returning more expensive items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Allyson cannot guarantee that she will receive your returned item without tracking.
